I am looking for a new element that has been around for years but I can not remember the name. It resembles a bird with long neck and belly is a round ball with colored liquid in it. You put a cup of water near the beak and push the head down and start releasing the bird rocking back and forth so that it plunges its beak into the water. He remains in motion constant after that. Anyone remember what it is called or where I can find them?
